TX – Applications

The TX is designed to meet the needs of multiple industrial sectors, providing precise and uniform application of process and protective films on a wide variety of materials. It protects surfaces throughout production, while optimizing finished product quality and minimizing waste.

Applications by Industry:

Wood Industry:

The TX applies process and protective films on wood panels and variants (plywood, MDF, laminated panels), preventing scratches, impacts, and distortion during transport and storage. This protection ensures aesthetic and functional quality, essential for furniture and construction applications.

Glass Industry:

The machine enables the application of process and protective films on glass panels, mirrors, and laminated glass, reducing the risk of scratches, cracks, and contamination during processing, transport, and installation. It also provides effective protection during shaping, cutting, and polishing operations.

Metal Industry:

In the metal sector, the TX applies process and protective films on all types of metal surfaces, from stainless steel to coated metals. These films offer optimal protection throughout industrial processes, including rolling, polishing, cutting, bending, stamping, and assembly.

Example: For stainless steel sinks, the process film is applied before stamping to:

  • protect surfaces from scratches and impacts during forming
  • prevent handling marks and metallic dust
  • ensure perfect finishing immediately after pressing

Similarly, for decorative metal panels or industrial components, the applied film:

  • revents surface oxidation and damage
  • maintains aesthetic and functional quality until delivery or installation
  • reduces waste and optimizes industrial process efficiency

Thanks to the TX’s precise and uniform film application, manufacturers benefit from complete surface protection and maximum finishing quality, critical for sensitive and high-end metal products.

Plastics Industry:

Applied films protect plastic surfaces (PMMA, PVC, polycarbonate, ABS, etc.) from dirt, scratches, and damage during machining, storage, and assembly. This solution is especially suited for transparent or decorative components requiring flawless finishing.

Construction and Insulation Industry:

The TX can also apply protective films on insulating panels, composite materials, and construction elements, ensuring protection against dust, moisture, and mechanical damage during transport and installation.

Thanks to its versatility, the TX provides a complete industrial solution for surface protection across all material types, reducing defects, improving process efficiency, and increasing end-customer satisfaction.

Operation and Automation

The TX integrates numerous automated functions, ensuring continuous, hands-free production. It combines precision, flexibility, and adaptability for the most demanding industrial production lines.

  • Automatic film tension control without elongation for uniform application
  • Automatic film length calculation for each part
  • High-precision cutting system with ±2 mm application tolerance
  • Simple configuration via digital display screen
  • Pre-application cutting

The TX allows pre-application cutting with three types of cuts depending on requirements:

  • dge-to-edge cut: film length equal to the panel
  • Negative cut: film slightly shorter than the panel
  • Positive cut: film extends a few millimeters beyond each edge, front or back

The TX is designed for flexibility and adaptability:

  • Customizable widths: suitable for different material dimensions
  • Single or double-sided application: available for top face, bottom face, or both faces simultaneously

Fully custom-built, the TX offers a high level of sophistication and seamless integration into industrial production lines, maximizing efficiency and quality.
