Walco 823 - Industrial Laminator for Extruded Traffic Barricades
The Walco 823 is a narrow industrial laminating machine specifically engineered for applying permanent reflective films to 12-inch (305 mm) extruded traffic barricade blanks. This stand-alone laminator is dedicated to top-side lamination only, ensuring precision, repeatability and minimal rejects.
In addition to extruded barricades, the Walco 823 can laminate flat traffic sign substrates, limited to narrow formats up to approximately 18 inches (457 mm) wide, making it a highly specialized solution for modern traffic sign and barricade production.

Conveyor system for extruded barricades
The Walco 823 features custom-built conveyors designed specifically for extruded profiles.
These conveyors use adjustable wheel rail systems, allowing precise alignment based on the extrusion profile being fed through the machine, ensuring stable transport and accurate film placement throughout the lamination process.

- Powered top unwind station
- Rewind station to remove and rewind carrier liner onto a 3"" cardboard core
