I WALCO - Industrial Laminator for Hard Flat Substrates

The I WALCO is a stand-alone industrial laminator designed for the application of pressure sensitive protective films on hard, flat substrates. This standard laminating system ensures reliable, repeatable film application with minimal setup time, making it ideal for sheet-fed industrial production environments.

The I WALCO is designed for applying pressure-sensitive films (such as PVC, PE, PET, etc.) on clean, flat, and dry substrates, including :

Compatible Films and Substrates

The I WALCO is designed for the application of pressure sensitive films (PSA) such as :

With a maximum lamination pressure of up to 14 PSI, the machine is optimized for temporary and protective film application, ensuring uniform adhesion without damaging sensitive surfaces."
