VX In-Line: The Future of Insulating Glass Lamination

The VX In-Line is a custom in-line industrial vertical glass laminator designed for simultaneous application of process and temporary protective films on insulating glass units (IGU) and flat glass, directly integrated into the production line.

The VX In-Line configuration features two VX Stand-Alone laminators in tandem, connected by three intermediate conveyors, allowing continuous glass handling with the option to leave selected panes unprotected.

VX In-Line installation is flexible: it can be integrated after the press and before IGU sealing for smooth process insertion, or installed alongside an existing line with glass transfer via robotic arms, functioning as a fully automated industrial laminator and industrial laminating machine.

Optimized for direct integration into production lines, the VX In-Line:

Cutting System

  • Negative cut: film intentionally leaves uncovered areas at the front and back, facilitating handling and integration into the production line while ensuring uniform protection of the remaining glass

  • The VX In-Line is designed in accordance with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and UL standards for the U.S. market, ensuring a high level of operator safety and full regulatory compliance. All components also meet CE and UL requirements.
