Walco 67A

The Walco 67A is an Automated Roller Coater for medium or heavy-duty liquid coating with large rolls and other components for higher production rates.

It applies virtually any liquid coating to the top and/or bottom of clean, flat and dry sheet stock, sheet metal, glass, wood, plastic, acrylic, wovens and non-wovens.

Walco systems and machines are built-to-order, ranging from simple to complex: depending upon your unique production, safety and operational requirements.

Standard configuration

Welded tubular steel frame construction
4" to 6" (152 mm) driven coating rolls;
Tubular, welded steel, powder-coated frame.
