Model 609RS Coater

One of the latest WALCO Precision Roll Coaters is the model 609RS, available in 72" 82" and 100" coating capacities. These heavy duty coaters use a reverse coating process and are designed to coat spandrel glass. This heavy duty coater is made using welded, powder coated, structural steel tubing 3" X 3" X .250" for the frame and with 9" coating rolls. The Walco 609RS Reverse Spandrel Coater can run at speeds up to 25 feet per minute. The Precision adjustments allow exact metering of the coating liquid for uniform coating, saving time and money.
